Serene community spread over 38 beautiful acres of forested grounds and bright flower gardens. We picked Woodcliffe because it was one of the least expensive locations, but you get what you pay for. At first we moved into a one bedroom it wasn’t that bad. The windows did get condinsation on them which led to mold around the window but we cleaned it up whatever.

With Interstate 405 at its foothills, Renton Hill allows residents to travel to nearby shopping hubs like Westfield Southcenter. There are plenty of options for shopping, dining, and nightlife closer to the neighborhood as well. With multiple trails and parks in the community, Renton Hill is great for spending time outdoors. A delightful family outdoorsy spot is Springbrook Trout Farm. This fishing pond is built into Springbrook Creek and is great for kids, picnics, birthday parties, school trips, or other events. This is an ideal location to teach kids how to fish and entertain the whole family on the weekend.
Building Amenities
Our issues started when we moved into a two bedroom . In our two bedroom it had a musty smell from the beginning. I figured it was because of the damp carpet but it never went away. Turns out he condinsation only formed on the windows in the master bedroom. We complained about the mold and said we were concerned it was in the carpet. At the same time we went to decorate for the holidays.

When we pulled our decorations out of the outside closet they were eaten/ urinated/ deficated on by a rodent of some sort. There was a horrible draft in our apartment. We asked to have our door sealed but that really didn’t do anything.

We were out apartment shopping in the Renton area and came across Woodcliffe apartment homes. It’s definitely a tucked away gem of an apartment complex and appears to be very affordable. We had an amazing experience visiting this apartment complex due to the leasing agent Tracelyn. She was very welcoming and had an awesome attitude that placed this complex at the top of our list.
101 S 50th Plz has 3 shopping centers within 1.2 miles, which is about a 3-minute drive. The miles and minutes will be for the farthest away property. This property has several public transit stops, gyms, restaurants, and schools nearby.
I would definitely recommend this apartment home to families or single people looking to move to the area. On windy days the wind would move our blinds with the house sealed up. Fast forward to move out and we moved our furniture to leave and the mold was everywhere in the master bedroom. They said it was our fault and just surface mold and wiped it away. This has caused my $5000 refrigerated medicine to be sent back to the warehouse to sit over the weekend.
